JUMP LDN run pop up workshops and group classes across London for children and adults to get fit and have fun learning Double Dutch skipping in our JUMP FITNESS sessions!
You can also find us in a park running a private session with a group of women, at a local community project, running a teambuilding session, engaging people in sports and wellbeing days and much more…
Jumping rope is amazing for you, it gives you an overall body and mind workout.
We incorporate warm ups, single and double dutch skipping, circuit fitness & games into a fun and exciting workout!
